Wordless Wednesday: A BOUNTIFUL Harvest!

Two days and 45 quarts later…

Peppers were chunked and placed in the freezer.  Thanks, Mark, for providing me with wonderful garden produce to enjoy this winter – and I didn’t have to pull one weed!

  3. I remember all of the quarts Mom used to put up! And she used every one, mostly for her wonderful spaghetti sauce. Yum.

    • Did she share her spaghetti sauce recipe with you? 🙂 I’m sure I’ll use mine up too. I don’t usually get to can quite this many and I’m usually having to use them sparingly. I won’t have to this winter!! Lots of good chili, veggie soup and spaghetti sauce.
